- Description of machine issues
- Photos of damaged or required parts (if any)

Additional charges may apply for spare parts replacement or repairs beyond standard servicing coverage.
✔ All serviced machines come with a 1-month warranty from the completion date.

🚚 Transportation Fee:
- $45 – Residential areas
- $60 – CBD, Sentosa & Shopping Centres
💰 Please prepare cash payment for on-site services.

Important Notes
- Machines with 110–120V voltage are accepted with an additional inspection fee of $20–$50.
- Please bring your machine, foot controller, and power cable for accurate assessment.
- Goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Repaired machines must be collected within 7 days after notification. Machines uncollected after 30 days may be disposed of without prior notice.
Warranty for replaced parts is limited to 30 days and applies only to the serviced components.
All communications with Sewing.sg are strictly private and confidential. Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action.
