We have the expertise to service, overhaul or repair your sewing machine. Our own technicians are trained in dealing many variation of machines, traditional to modernized/computerised sewing machines, overlock/edging machines, bag closer machines, embroidery machines - both industrial and household level of any voltage.

We charge reasonably for our machine servicing and repair.

 Please prepare upon booking:

1) Your machine model & brand

2) Your contact number, name and address

4) Machine issues

5) Any parts broken or required, please take a photo and send to our Business Whatsapp at +65 6776 3253 and we will response within 12 hours.

- Please prepare Cash for on-site services

There will be an additional charge on parts that are required to be replaced, and recalibration that is above the service pack coverage. 

We cover machines that is serviced by us 1-month warranty with effect from the completion date.

On-site services can be arranged, we charge $35.00 Transportation fee to neighborhood areas, $55.00 Transportation fee to CBD, Sentosa and Shopping Centers. 

Note : We service and repair Any Sewing Machine with 110-120V Voltage, please bring your machine, foot controller and wire for better evaluation with an additional $20 to $50 fee.

Note: Please collect your repaired machine within 7 days once received the SMS notification, or it will be disposed on due dates without notice. Machine that has been repaired and not collected within 30 days shall be disposed at our sole discretion without prior notice. Machine Under Servicing : 30 Days Limited Warranty for Related Part Changed Only.
