6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All goods sold are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to their nature once an order is confirmed. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
If goods are found to be faulty, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of notification, together with:
- Original receipt
- Complete standard accessories
- Original packaging
Returned goods must be in new and unused condition. We reserve the right to reject any return that is incomplete, damaged, or shows signs of wear and tear.
For cancellation requests on fully paid orders without defects, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
Note: All bank charges, including telegraphic transfer fees, will be borne by the customer.
