For Installation

1. Attached the spring balancer to a steady position.

2. Please attached a secondary support cable to the steady position.

3. Install the device within the capacity to the bottom hook.

4. Please adjust the tension within the capacity after installing the device.

Before Use

1. Check for the steadiness and rotation flexibility of the hanger and bottom

2. Make sure the cable is not ruptured.

3. Check for the stability of the ratchet, spring ratchet and spindle.

4. Make sure there is no damage from the exterior.
