Ordering & Collection Process

Order Cut-Off Time: Every Tuesday, 3:00 PM
Collection Availability: Every Wednesday from 5:00 PM onwards

Example:
Orders placed before Tuesday 3:00 PM → Collect on Wednesday after 5:00 PM.
Orders placed after Tuesday 3:00 PM → Collect the following Wednesday.

  • Order Number (Email Confirmation)
  • Registered Name
  • Contact Number
  • Verification and Signature Upon Collection

Important Notes

  • Items sold are generally non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Faulty items must be reported within 7 days with proof of purchase.
  • Please retain all original packaging and accessories.
  • Orders not collected within 30 days may be returned to our Clementi outlet.
  • Valid identification and order details may be required for collection.
