Before Booking, Please Prepare:
- Machine brand & model
- Your name, contact number & address
- Machine issues
- Photos of damaged or required parts (send via WhatsApp)
Please prepare cash for on-site services.
Additional charges may apply for spare parts replacement or advanced recalibration beyond standard servicing.
All serviced machines come with a 1-month warranty from the completion date.
On-Site Service Charges
- Neighbourhood Areas: $40
- CBD, Sentosa & Shopping Centres: $60
Note: Machines with 110–120V voltage may incur an additional fee of $20–$50.

All communications between customers and Sewing.sg are strictly private and confidential. Any unauthorised sharing may result in claims for damages.
Please collect repaired machines within 7 days after notification. Machines not collected within 30 days may be disposed of without prior notice.
Serviced machines come with a 30-day limited warranty
