Before you proceed, just 4 steps to identify and book your machines for repair and service.

SEWING MACHINE SERVICE CHARGES SHALL BE CONSULTED VIA CONTACT/BUSINESS WHATSAPP AT +65 6776 3253 or email to contact@sewing.sg

Please prepare upon booking:

1) Your machine model & brand

2) Your contact number, name and address

4) Machine issues

5) Any parts broken or required, please take a photo and send to our Business Whatsapp at +65 6776 3253 and we will response within 12 hours.

- Please prepare Cash for on-site services

There will be an additional charge on parts that are required to be replaced, and recalibration that is above the service pack coverage.

We cover machines that is serviced by us 1-month warranty with effect from the completion date.

On-site services can be arranged, we charge $35.00 Transportation fee to neighborhood areas, $55.00 Transportation fee to CBD, Sentosa and Shopping Centers.

Note : We service and repair Any Sewing Machine with 110-120V Voltage, please bring your machine for better evaluation. We charge an additional $20 to $50 fee.

That includes all sales, repairs, services, training rendered in good-faith to customers by Sewing.sg. All conversations made is strictly not be disclosed to any external parties without written consent from www.Sewing.sg. Failing which, Sewing.sg reserved the rights to claimed for any damages or losses caused directly or indirectly due to the sharing of such conversations.

Note: Please collect your repaired machine within 7 days once received the SMS notification, or it will be disposed on due dates without notice. Machine that has been repaired and not collected within 30 days shall be disposed at our sole discretion without prior notice. Machine Under Servicing : 30 Days Limited Warranty for Related Part Changed Only.
