How to Use Tear-Away Embroidery Stabilizer

  1. Cut the stabilizer larger than your embroidery hoop size. For example, for a 10cm x 14cm hoop, cut approximately 20cm x 20cm of stabilizer.
  2. Place the fabric on top of the stabilizer and hoop both materials together.
  3. Ensure the hoop is tightened securely and the fabric remains taut.
  4. Start the embroidery process.
  5. After embroidery is completed, remove the fabric from the hoop.
  6. Carefully tear away the excess stabilizer from the embroidery design.
  7. Use a fine tweezer or embroidery snips to remove any remaining residue if necessary.

Note: Gunold Tear-Away Stabilizer is designed for easy one-directional removal. Any remaining fibers typically disappear after a few washes.
