What to expect for ordering & collection?

Order Cut Off Time: Every Tuesday @ 3pm
Collection Time: Every Wednesday 5pm onwards

E.g. 
Purchases ordered on 17th November 2020 (Tuesday 1pm) can be collected on 18th November 2020 (Wednesday, after 5pm)

Purchases ordered on 19th November 2020 can only be collected on the following week, 25th November 2020 (Wednesday, after 5pm onwards)

During collection of your order,

1. Please prepare your Order Number (from your email receipt)

2. Confirm your registered name and telephone number

3. Check the items and sign on our Delivery Order for acknowledgement

Where the Good(s) are faulty, the Customer must notify Ban Soon Sewing Machine Pte Ltd and return the Goods to Ban Soon Sewing Machine Pte Ltd @ Clementi within 7 days of notifying with the receipt / e-receipt, full standard accessories, and box.

Orders that are not collected within 30 days will be returned to Blk 431 Clementi Ave 3 #01-328 Singapore 120431 (www.Sewing.sg/map).

If no order number is provided or any form of identity is incorrect based on our record upon collection, The Blues Singapore has the rights to not release the order items.
