Orders that have already been processed, prepared for shipment, dispatched, delivered, specially ordered, customised, or installed cannot be cancelled.
Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective upon receipt, customers must notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or collection.
Returned products must be accompanied by:

Order Cancellation Charges
For approved cancellations of fully paid orders that are not defective, a cancellation and administrative charge of 30% of the total order value may apply.
Any approved refund will be processed via the original payment method within approximately 7 working days, subject to banking and payment provider processing times.
All applicable banking charges, payment gateway fees, telegraphic transfer fees, and currency conversion fees shall be borne by the customer.
